Create AHCI ICH8M SATA driver in floppy disk-Page3

Please follow the Windows Installation prompt to eject the floppy disc before the system reboots.

When the system reboots for the first and subsequent times during Windows installation from a CD, you may see a prompt to "Press any key to boot from CD." DO NOT PRESS a key at this point, as the OS installation will have already copied the needed installation files to your hard drive, and needs to be booted from your hard drive during this portion of the install routine.

10. During Windows setup, create a partition and file system on the hardware-based RAID 0 or RAID 1 volume or AHCI-enabled hard drive as you would any physical disk.

The size of the RAID 0 (striped) volume is the combined capacity of the two Serial ATA (SATA) disk drives if they are of the same capacity. If they differ in capacity, your RAID 0 volume will be twice the size of the smaller of the two SATA disk drives. If you have a RAID 1 (mirrored) array, the size of the RAID 1 volume is only the capacity of one of the two Serial ATA (SATA) disk drives if they are of the same capacity. If they differ in capacity, your RAID 1 volume will be the size of the smaller of the two SATA disk drives.

When clicking on the file link, It is preferable to save the file to your hard drive when prompted to open the file from it's current location or save it. You can then click the downloaded file and go through the installation routine as prompted by the file.
